Your inside furnace compartment, the outdoor condenser unit and your indoor air handler all need maintenance. Ideally each once a year. Contact me today to schedule full maintenance service for all three as a way to save!
Did your system stop working or maybe it's making a strange noise. If you have mechanical issues with your current heating or cooling equipment, call me. I will solve the issues.
Is it time to replace your heating or cooling components? I can help you make the best decisions for your replacement equipment and provide expert installation.
Blue light Rain is a licensed and registered LLC. I carry full insurance and provide warranty for all my services.
This is a flat rate charge. After the issue has been determined, I will provide you with options for repair and any further work will be agreed upon by yourself.
This service includes checking: Gas pressure, all safety switches, inducer fan motor, ventilation, condensation drains, blower motor housing and fan, a filter consultation and miscellaneous electronic components.
Your heat exchanger is where burned gases snake around allowing for the air from the fan to absorb the heat and move it through your home. As exchangers age they can become brittle. Carbon monoxide is produced during the burning of gas and the gasses are intended to be sealed off from your ventilation system and ejected out the roof or side of the home. Visually seeing damage is very difficult. A true test is a combustion analysis. Using specialized tools, I can measure the levels of gasses.
Bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen exhaust fan, refrigerator intake and exhaust, dryer compartment and vent as well as supply and return air vents will be cleaned. This is a service that should be done once a year and will improve your breathing air and prolong the life of fans and machines.
Multiple specialized tools will be used to determine the exact air flow for the rooms in your house. A focus with room air changes will be utilized which is important for an individual's respiratory health. A final report will be generated and a recommendation for possible solutions to sub optimal findings.
Up to 8 rooms will be included in the base cost. Each additional room will cost 20.00. Each rooms air volume and room air changes will determine the required amount of CFM per hour. The actual supplied CFM per hour will be calculated using specialized equipment.
Air flow is the easiest way to improve a home's indoor air quality which has direct correlation to health. Solutions to sub optimal findings will be discussed and provided in the final report. Expected duration of service is 2.5 hours.
Full removal of outdoor condenser panels for coil and fin cleaning, visually inspect all outdoor electrical components, filter consultation and there will be a report provided.
All Silver package items included. The Gold package includes taking indoor temperatures of return and supply air as well as calculating subcool and superheat temperatures to determine if the system is under or overcharged, visually inspect the integrated circuit board and verify low voltage wiring at the thermostat.
This is a full system overview. If you recently moved to a new home with an existing system, have a system that is a few years old, are curious about a systems efficiency, trying to determine if there is value left in an existing system then this is for you.
A full and complete cleaning of the panels, fins and blades, your refrigerant will be tested for impurities, a pressure and temperature report will be provided. All mechanical components will be tested including relays, contactors, compactors, circuit boards, low voltage wiring and system disconnect.
A full cleaning of the indoor air cabinet starting with pulling the blower wheel and cleaning the blades, vacuuming out the air cabinet and cleaning and clearing the condensate drain. Electrical and mechanical parts including any capacitors, safety switches, fan motor, low voltage wiring and verifying blower speeds will be performed.
The furnace service will start with measuring the inlet and outlet gas pressures and adjusting as needed. All mechanical and electrical equipment will be tested including all safety switches, capacitors, inducer fan motor and blades. Temperature rise will be taken, and fan speeds adjusted accordingly. Finally, a combustion analysis will be performed to determine proper venting and check carbon monoxide levels.
Air flow analysis will be performed on up to 8 rooms which includes determining room volume and needed air changes per hour. The required CFM will be compared to the actual supply CFM being provided to each room. Total static pressure will be calculated to determine the available CFM being provided by your system and an inspection of the systems ductwork will be performed to determine the working condition.
At the conclusion of this extensive service, I will provide a detailed report which will also include any sub optimal findings as well as cost conscious solutions. The report will take 1 week to complete and can simply be emailed or if you prefer I can meet with you and discuss the findings at no additional cost.
