Your heat exchanger is where burned gases snake around allowing for the air from the fan to absorb the heat and move it through your home. As exchangers age they can become brittle. Carbon monoxide is produced during the burning of gas and the gasses are intended to be sealed off from your ventilation system and ejected out the roof or side of the home. Visually seeing damage is very difficult. A true test is a combustion analysis. Using specialized tools, I can measure the levels of gasses. 

Full removal of outdoor condenser panels for coil and fin cleaning, visually inspect all outdoor electrical components, filter consultation.

The Gold package includes taking indoor temperatures of return and supply air as well as calculating subcool and superheat temperatures to determine if the system is under or overcharged, visually inspect the integrated circuit board and verify low voltage wiring at the thermostat. 

This service takes 5 to 8 hours to complete. I will evaluate your hvac systems performance and ow your home handles it. This is a combination of multiple services to provide you with a comprehensive report.

Bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen exhaust fan, refrigerator intake and exhaust, dryer compartment and vent as well as supply and return air vents will be cleaned. This is a service that should be done once a year and will improve your breathing air and prolong the life of fans and machines. Less than 1500 sq/ft is $150 otherwise it is $245 for the cleaning

Blower wheel housing will be removed and housing, wheel and motor will be cleaned

A final report will be generated and a recommendation for possible solutions to sub optimal findings. Up to 6 rooms. Additional rooms are $30 each

Two appointments and a report are included with cost.

After documenting your current homes safety devices, a second appointment is needed to review the results. I provide a report to the location and age of your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and other safety devices contained within the home. 

Upon reviewing the results recommendations will be made to products that will be appropriate for your space.
